They over medicate, over charge, and I feel they are just in it for the money. They also make you feel like your pet will die if you do not do everything the suggest. I live a 1/4 mile away and will never go back.

I avoided the cost of a specialist because they were able to diagnose my dog's disease and now he's better.They didn't give up until they found the answer and they called me all the time to check on him! I don't know how they found the time to spend with me!

I went to this vet for years, but kept getting told that I needed "extra" services for my pets. I got tired of being asked to pay so much for things that were not necessary.

The staff appears very well qualified and experienced; probably takes good care of your pet, but I felt that they add unecessary services without asking. They add extra health exams, little pills, blood tests, fecal tests, etc. when you just come in for a vaccine with a 100% healthy pet. I wouldn't mind if these services are added when I request this kind of preventative maintenance, but they are just added on to the bill for you, and then you have to be assertive to decline these services. A bit pricey.

Dr. Forbes is greatand has always treated our dogs great.
