I have seen most of the doctors here and through the years have been grossly lied to by some of them. They have a very good group now. I have a problem with having to wait 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for an appointment to get in. Sometimes especially it is important to get in sooner. The office visit along with the services keep going up. The front office staff treats you very rudely and shows you that you are bothering them by being there. The medications are extremely inflated. You really need to be rich to go there.

The hospital is approved by the AAHA, which made me think it would be as good as my last vet. Wrong. The reception staff are rude and slow. It takes 30 minutes minimum to check you in an get a room, and that's WITH an appointment. Granted they are an emergency facility and they should take emergencies first, but I haven't seen a true emergency when I have been there. The vet staff is experienced, but also rude, condescending, and manipulative. They don't have time to listen to you, and they do everything to your pet behind closed doors while you wait in the room which I do not approve of. We will not be coing back.

I arrived at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment (first visit). Forty Minutes later I asked someone at the front desk if this wait time was normal. She told me that there were still 3 people ahead of me. Are you kidding? I left to look for a vet that could do better than that. I am amazed that this facility rated so high with punctuality. I could have hit them on a bad day, I suppose, but it would have been close to an hour and a half wait, had I waited. Good luck.

MY SNAKE BIT DOG WAS TAKEN TO THIS EMERGENCY FACILITY AN HOUR AFTER THE INJURY. THE DOG WAS GOING INTO SHOCK AND THE VET AND STAFF IGNORED THE OBVIOUS AND FAILED TO RECOGNIZE HE WAS BEGINNING TO HAVE SEIZURES. THE VET FINALLY EXAMINED THE SWOLLEN FRONT LEG AND I LEFT THE DOG FOR TREATMENT. FOUR HOURS LATER THE VET CALLED TO ADVISE, THAT THIS PREVIOUSLY HEALTHY 5 YEAR OLD 80LB LAB HAD DIED. I AM OF THE OPINION THAT THEY FAILED TO TREAT. I'VE LEARNED THAT LESS THAN 10% OF DOGS TREATED WITHIN 4 HOURS SUCCOMB AND THOSE ARE USUALLY THE SMALLER BREEDS. THIS FACILITY FAILED TO INITIALLY TAKE ANY ACTION AND I SUSPECT WERE CHECKING MY ABILITY TO PAY. AFTER PRESENTING AND ACTIVATING MY DEBIT CARD IN THE REQUESTED ADMISSION FEE OF $400 AND SIGNING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THE CARE MIGHT EXCEED $980, THE VET APPEARED AND MADE CURSORY EXAMINATION. I WILL SHORTLY LEARN THE COURSE OF TREATMENT AND FIND OUT IF ANTIVENAN WAS ADMINISTERED. I'M AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
