Horrible Dr. Rosenberg -- Very little knowledge or ability -- No empathy / no caring for patient or client -- Tries to get as much money as possible ...Extremely expensive -- Avoid at all costs!

Dr. Rosenberg has all the charm and social grace of a loud fart at the dinner table. I didn't find her to be particularly knowledgeable or skilled, but she sure thinks she is. At least they are overpriced and make you wait forever. Needless to say, we wont be returning anytime soon.

Dr. Rosenberg is not punctual, does not listen, and is passive aggressive. I don't see the point of getting to an appointment on time, telling a vet tech my concern, wait 25 minutes for Rosenberg only to have to reiterate what I just explained in detail to the tech. A waste of time. She should be punctual and take the patient history herself. Less redundancy is always better. Also, don't interrupt whilst I reiterate the already divulged concerns. She is socially awkward and it comes off as being quite abrupt and demeaning. Better vets elsewhere to be sure.

very helpful staff and very wonderful dr. my cat is always happy when she goes and happy when she leaves. they are like family there. thanks sharon for taking care of sammi for us.
