To say this clinic is absolutely phenomenal is an understatement When our now five year old rottie was just a pup, researching what vet to take him too was not only stressful but can be super overwhelming I wanted a clinic that cared about our fur babies in the same lens that I do I wanted to make sure the clinic was not only clean, but the staff was dedicated and motivated to being honest, reasonable, and willing to create a relationship with our dogs Avonlea goes above and beyond in establishing all of this They take all my worries seriously and are fantastic at explaining every detail and answering all my questions Every staff member exemplifies a true and honest character, the sense of familial relationships they have with each other & every patient/family that walks is evident Their love for animals really shine through in how they establish relationships with the families, getting to know routine, and putting forth a strong sense of reassurance to everyone’s questions or comments

Fantastic clinic with amazing and very knowledgeable Vets and staff!! May be a bit more money than some vets but it IS WELL WORTH IT!!! Cheaper is never better

What a fantastic clinic. I have been coming here for years and absolutely love this place. Lots of new faces and everyone seems so caring, it really makes the clinic feel like home. As for prices, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The service from this veterinary clinic is above and beyond what I ever expected and I'm so happy my dogs come here.

This is a horrible clinic to go to. This veterinary doctor is only interested in making money and couldn't care less about your animal. This clinic will nickel and dime you for every single thing and still your animal will be sick. In my opinion this practice should be shut down.

Absolutely ridiculous in terms of money - all they care about is $$$! I went in for an exam and they forgot to do two of my dogs shots. They called me back AND had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay another $100 JUST to see the vet. Their mistake but I had to pay. Seriously, go elsewhere if you can. All they care about is money.

I've taken my pets there for years (15) but lately have felt that the only thing they care about is the money.I don't know if it's staff change but I guess it's time that I also change The quote they given me has almost gone up 30% when I confronted them they gave an excuse that they change their process hmmmm!!!

Would not recommend, brought my cat last yr for physical,was told my 11 lb rag doll cat was too heavy. When I informed them that rag doll cats weigh 15-20 lbs the dr responded by saying she does not know about that breed. So why does she tell me anything and charge?

I have been using this clinic for 13 years now, they really care for my pets, Dr. Roseley is the most honest,profeesional vet I have ever met in my 60 years., And as far as you people complaining about price while you sip your $5 latte, you get what you pay for.

The vet seemed very uninterested in our concerns. For the service provided I found it to be extremely costly. A money grab in my opinion. Since I have switched to another better more professional clinic which I am happy at. I would not recommend avonlea to anyone. Save yourself the headache and don't bother

I had been wanting to change this clinic for a long time. The only reason I kept on going to them is because they are located close to my house. The staff are FAKE and EXTREMELY commercialized, and uncompassionate. They only care about making money. They are ridiculously expensive and their diagnosis didnt help my cat recover at all. My cat was scared so the doctor said she can't check her until she gives her a sedative like valium which was not really necessary. They charge $75 per visit, even for recurring conditions if it's been a couple of months since the last visit. They for sure have no compassion for animals. STAY AWAY from Dr Rosalee and her Associates. They also own Britany Glen and one more clinic. They are after $$$

Cheaper is not better! I have been taking my dog to another vet in the area for three years with relentless scratching and an ugly rash on his belly that seemed to come and go based on the weather. First, I was told that it was seasonal allergies, then dermatitis, then a yeast infection. I was given pills, creams, antibiotics, shampoos – you name it I bought it. At one point he started loosing his hair and they told me it was flees!!! I treated my whole house to no avail. One day, when my old vet was closed, I took him to Dr. Rosely at Avonlea. Although the appointment was $10 more than my vet, I decided to bring him in anyways as he seemed to be very sore. SHAZAMMM - PROBLEM SOVLED! She took one look at him and said he had food allergies. She changed his food and told us to stop all treats for now. The food is a few bucks more than what I was buying, but I am saving a bundle in vet fees and useless medications!

Overly expensive...had my cat there two months previous where he had a full medical. BROUGHT HIM BACK TWO MONTHS LATER AND THEY SAID THEY HAD TO CHARGE FOR A FULL MEDICAL AGAIN PRIOR TO GIVING HIM THE SHOT!...EVEN HUMANS ONLY HAVE A YEARLY MEDICAL...AND DON'T GET A FULL MEDICAL WHEN I LINE UP AT THE FLU CLINIC....TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have been taking my animals (currently 2 dogs and 2 cats) to Dr. Rosely for over 10 years - prior to her opening her own clinic. She has been nothing but passionate, caring and honest with me. She has helped me through the deaths of three of my beloved pets. I could not imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

I brought my dog to this clinic for annual exam and vaccines. The reception staff was very kind my dog was comfortable at this location. the vet was very informative and knowledgeable I would recommend this clinic to all my Friends and family. It isn't expensive, where i took my dog before they charged 140$ I'm really happy I have found a great vet office.

I am absolutely appauled at the staff they hire at this clinic! They hired a new vet who doesn't even know how to hold down a cat to give an injection and this isn't the first time! Had to be injected in three random spots because she couldn't prob give an injection and had to call the stupid nurse who was scared to hold the cat down who is a friendly cat and was only scared! Horrible vets!

I find them over priced and really pushy for unnecessary procedures/medication when your pet is really sick. They know how to get you when you are an emotional train wreck. My pet had unnecessary surgery, because "It was the only way to find out" (Blood work was also another way to find out)...I also have about 6 prescriptions sitting in my cupboard that my pet did not need. It seems as this business is expanding, it is more about the $$$ than the animals.
