I have been with them for 8 yrs and they have been amazing. I will remain with them as long as i have pets and recomend them to anyone.

I have been bringing my animals here since I moved back to Sudbury about 5 years ago. At first, I Loved and trusted this place with my beloved pets because Dr Pickard is knowledgeable and will avoid unnecessary costs and test and you can tell she really cares about animals. She doesn't talk more then she has to which was kind of awkward at first but she still made me feel comfortable leaving my pets with her when I had to. Dr. Vennevel on the other hand, if you can avoid seeing her at all costs, do it! She is beyond rude and condescending and will look for any reason to judge you or put you down as a pet owner. she also does not listen to a word you say but yet she's very quick to tell you what's wrong with your pet without listening to symptoms. She has a know-it-all, my way or the highway attitude and is very unpleasant to work with which makes me not trust her with my babies and even consider changing vets to avoid dealing with her altogether.

I visited this facility for the first time and was VERY impressed! The staff was very courteous and the doctor very professional. I was impressed with the cleanliness of their facility. So glad I followed the advice of others who highly recommended Lassalle animal clinic.

I've been here twice with one of my rats, and at first, I wasn't impressed with their "know more than you" attitude. I knew my rat had an ear infection, and I told them this, but they went on to spew about how it's a brain tumor and there's nothing I can do. I asked them to treat her for her ear infection. They gave me the medicine, still saying it was probably a brain tumor. The infection went away, although a year later she did die of a brain tumor, the initial illness was an infection, and they should not assume the worst. Secondly, I had the worst experience ever with a vet clinic. However, this was fault of their emergency services. My cat had come down with a mixture of kennel cough and cat flu, could hardly breath and had a severe fever. Scared for his life, I called the emergency services. She listened to 5% of what I told her, was condescending, told me the vet would call me back. He never did. My cat almost died that night.

I have only 1 good experience here with my rabbit. The first vet I saw was very well educated and a wonderful help. The second nearly killed my rabbit. Yes, you read that right. I brought him in and told them he had a blockage, the vet this day tried to convince me it was gas. It was certainly NOT gas, I don't know what they think they palpated that day but a hard mass that feels like a golf ball is NOT gas. They even took x-ray's that CLEARLY showed a mass in my rabbit's stomach and yet still tried to convince me otherwise, AND force fed him more food!! I was outraged! I could have saved myself 200 dollars and do my own vet care, which by the way, I did end up doing. With my own care my rabbit passed his blockage (I had the proof!) and thankfully made it through..with no help thanks to these people. I will not be bringing my rabbit or other pets here again.

We have dealt with both Vets at this clinic and they are equally great. Knowledgable, kind and explain everything. The best thing is they are practical and do not pressure you(make you feel guilty)to do procedures that are unnecessary or likely to be unsuccessful and usually expensive. We bring our dogs and will continue to do so and recommend to friends.

Staff are very good. The two vets are very understanding and explain everything fully. They are very good at their job. They are all very compassionate towards the owners and very gentle in their care of the animals.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Very impressed with their services, they will take you in the same day if it is an emergency, unlike some other clinics.
