This is the worst clinic ever!!! We took our dog there to be neutered & it was the worst post surgery experience I have ever had and
Dr. Singla is the most unprofessional person we have ever met! We had serious issues & all he could do is hang up on us!!! Pathetic & ignorant!!! I honestly don’t know how he is in practice...I advise anyone who cares for the pet to AVOID Eglinton Animal hospital & Dundas East as he works out of both locations!!!

Avoid avoid this place.they ripping you off....never seven.. so bad anybody like them be money hungry.. for three minutes check my doggy charged me hundred eighty dollar...greedy for money....never ever go to this place...they want to vacuum your money...no love for pet...just money is matter

Dr V Singla did an amazing job with our cat...people say they are money hungary here but he told us what we needed to do n what we could leave n do without n never made us feel stressed him n the staff were very warm n welcoming n very helpful in our stressful situation. We are very grateful. Thank you so much

The vet we saw was not very thorough with our checkup nor with his answers to our questions. He didn't take his time with our dog and declined to trim our dog's nails even though they were in need of trimming. He told us he would do it at our next appointment which honestly there won't be one because we will never go back. He also prescribed deworming pills even though our dog doesn't have worms. Can someone tell me why? In my honest opinion, this vet only cares about making business and doesn't actually care for our pet's health.

I want to take this moment and thank Eglinton Animal Hospital for taking such good care of our little****zu Maya. And turning a heart wrenching situation into a positive outcome we are so blessed to have your entire staff as our new vet for our beloved dogs Maya & Kobe.

I have been taking my 3 dogs here for a while now & the Dr's & staff are amazing. I am so glad I found them. The Dr's answer all your questions & concerns & are very compassionate, they really care. I am confident that my dogs are getting the best care possible. Thank you Eglinton Animal Hospital.

we have used this vet for 3 years now for our two dogs. out last visit left us feeling that we will never return. things went from honest concern for the pets to $$$$ what happened in three years?? tried to get me to pay over $300 in antibiotics and could see that I was overwhelmed with the cost...and after about 2 mins took two of the bottles away and said they weren't really needed that I could find the same at a drug store... a savings of $200.. we just don't trust him anymore. I never even used what I took home..my dog healed just fine.

Do not bring your pets here. These vets show no interest in the well being of your pet, but on the other hand they love to maintain the well being of their bank accounts. Yes you read that correctly these vets are in it for the money and nothing else.

The front staff are very nice and kind! But please DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE....I got the impression the vets are into it or the money...The vet seemed to be annoyed when asked questions. ...my pet was having serious symptoms and ended up having a serious condition. This was almost missed by these vets. After initial blood work came back ok....no follow up I.e. tests , consultation was done. If I hadn't taken my pet back .... this serious condition may have been totally missed! Absolutely no follow up! Please don't trust your precious pets here!

Great experience with Vets. My 10 yr old GS was shaking and wobbley at hind legs. Dr diagnose the problem within 5 minutes and send me home with some suppliments. My dog was fine in 10 days. Last year also my dog had same problem and I went to another clinic near my house and that vet charged me lot of money. Really I recommend this clinic

I took my dog here last year as my dog was fainting and passing out. He thought maybe it was to do with his hips??!! lol he obviously has no idea what he was doing, so he took some blood and sent me home with some pills for my dog. next day my dog did the same thing passing out etc, i then decided to take him to the emerg as he was worse. I then found out my dog needed a blood transfusion for this rare blood disease, as my dog was left un treated for to long, and it had taken over pretty bad. :( long story short on my way to the emerg clinic to put my dog down the stupid vet calls me to ask how my dog was ( i think becyuase the emerg doc called the clinic to get blood results etc and he knew he was in trouble) and i explained, that i was then on my way to put my poor 4 year old dog down, becuase of his neglegance and stupidity. He should of looked into my dogs symptoms more, and got a second opionion or should have sent me to the emerg right away,as my dog would probably be alive today

I ever noticed a honest kind and a exerienced doctor he is so competent that OTHER doctor suggested me euthnesia for my dog I was so worried in the mean time my friend LINDAE sugested me Eglinton Animal Hospital and I tried for my dog they diagnosed and treated my dog. I got astonished seeing DAY BY DAY recovery, now my love is living a Joyful life with me.

Please DON'T BRING your pets here. I had a horrible experience with this place. I had my cat neutered, after 4 months I call the place to be told that it "takes up to 8 months" for the procedure to be fully effective. After waiting for a year, my cat was still spraying across the house. I was told any follow up visits regarding the issue would be free. I come in to see a bill for that visit and the Dr V Singla telling me I need to come back multiple times so he can figure out if it is a "behavior" issue. Please do yourself a favor go somewhere professional. (Not to mention when I told the doctor what I was promised he stormed out of the room!)

PROS: Open 7 days a week with long hours, able to make last minute appointments... CONS: got the impression these guys are in the business to make money (like a mechanic), do not have instruments to analyze blood samples on site (they have to send them to another lab, it took 2 days to hear back), customer service is horrible

We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. We are going to this vet for last 2 years. We always come out from this vet with happy face. They are very accommodating. Last wk I went there without appointment in the evening, the vet was very busy but still he examined my dog within reasonable time and he did not charge me any emergency fees. We really like them ovarial.

Very good service.My dog suddenly got sick last year and was vomiting and had diarrhea.I called my regular vet but they were closed.My other option was to take my pet to emergency hospital.My daughter called this hospital, they saw my pet at 10.15 at night.He was hospitalized for 1 night and went home next evening.My family was very happy with the service and I paid much less than I was quoted at emergency services at other hospital.

WORST VET EVER!!! I brought in my cat for teeth cleaning which was recommended by the vet himself, charged me $550 and then called with in a few hours to tell my that he made a "mistake" and KILLED my cat with the wrong dosage of anesthesia!! To make it worse, this was only a few days before Christmas and I guess he was just looking to make more money before the holidays. I put my trust in him and thought he knew what he was doing but he just took advantage of me and ended up killing my cat who was perfectly healthy, there was nothing wrong with him. All his blood work came back normal and there was no reason for him to die from a teeth cleaning! Be careful where you take your pets and don't trust these vets or clinic!

Very accomidating! Were willing to see my dog at 730 on a Saturday night. Ran all necessary tests, and even called with a follow up, and my dog is 1000 times better than before! Receptionists/Assisstants were great with the animals as well!
