I am completely confident in Dr Karen and Dr Marnie . They have your pets wellbeing and good health in mind with every decision they make . I would defiantly recommend this clinic for surgical care of your pets . You can trust these two to keep you informed and follow us afterwards too ??

I have been a client of Dr. K's since he first joined Dr. Moffat at the old location. I'm guessing about 27ish years. He has taken care of all my dogs with so much care, compassion and skill. He is the best! The support staff are wonderful too. Just a great clinic to attend. Don't know what I would do without them! Also love that they stay so current with new techniques, tests and meds. I always leave with all the information I need to help my dogs. Great place.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr.K for 15 years (even though i moved far away from it 10yrs ago).I tried others at first, but had to come back to get a proper diagnosis. Dr. K seems to be incredibly knowledgeable about every pet i have brought in and every issue, illness or behavior. The entire staff is so generous, caring and friendly <3 They all really care about all pets and their owners. I recommend this vet to everyone! Dr.Konarzewski is amazing.

Have been going there for almost 15 years, best place by far. The staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. K is the best, we see him whenever possible, but are still always satisfied if we have to see someone else. Dr. K will always answer all your questions and he clearly cares about the animals. They don't take your pet away and treat them out of your sight, which I really appreciate.

Firstly, after my dog was diagnosed with cancer and at the end of his life they couldn't fit him in to be put down. So, my beloved dog died on regent, in my van, while I was driving around looking for another vet that could fit him in to end his suffering. FYI, I did pull over to be with him, but it doesn't change the fact that for over 10 years we had been taking our pets to them and in the end no one gave a damn. That being said, I did go back to them for my cats. I just got my cat fixed and a rabies shot. They charged me for two exams, 70 bucks each and when i inquired about that, the woman was rude. I also asked about the 10% discount that I usually got and because my dog was dead, recently, I don't get the discount, even though I have another dog and two cats....which they have seen. So, no, I won't be going back. They don't care about animals. Just money. Except for Dr K. He's awesome.

Best clinic I have ever been to. Have been going there with several dogs and cats for over a decade. The staff are smart, caring and friendly, and the vets are knowledgable and are always learning and up on the latest. Before discovering this clinic, I had been to several to which I was not willing to return. They respect their clients as pet owners and have them involved with treatment whenever possible. Love them, so glad they exist!

if you are looking for inner gossip or want to see hear me me me drama queens in action just book you pet here.This is why I say that-on my visit the receptionist kept going on & on to every customer(including me)she delt with about how her husband is so mad at their son because they spent thousands of dollars on hockey camps for him to screw it all up play football with kids at school. one lady was trying to politely end the conversation and pay her bill I think - but she kept talking & talking in her irritated voice.The next client minutes later she starts all over again her conversation"have you been helped sorry I didnt realize you needed to book a follow up-i'm little distracted my son was supose to go to hockey tryouts and he hurt his hand playing football after his dad told him not to do anything to mess up for tryouts.God lady get over yourself I have been sitting here for 20 mins & I have heard her retell tons of customers already. Fantastic clinic. Explained the TPLO and rehab required. My Giant Schnauzer is like a puppy again. I would highly recommend Dr. Moffat and his staff. Thank you.

I would never, never go anywhere else. They are awesome, take the time to get to know you and your pets, and are always pleasant and helpful. I have two difficult (read bitey) dogs who are always dealt with gently and professionally by every staff member. Doctors Skakun and Moffat are our go to vets, but honestly, every doctor there is incredible.I cannot rate them highly enough.Prices are more reasonable than any other vet in the city, read affordable, and you get volume discounts for more than one pet! Helpful for me...

We have been dealing with Transcona Vet since we got our Puggle in Dec 2011. I have never been to a better run, more accommodating clinic ever. Staff is all very knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend everyone to use TV.

Overall I have had good experience at this clinic with my 2 dogs. Staff are friendly and each vet I have encountered has been knowledgeable, professional and very competent. My old dog has been to many vet clinics and transcona is near the top of the heap. I have no reservations in recommending this clinic and quite frankly i am a bit of a picky arsehole that does not dole out compliments easily.

Absolutely embarrassing fee schedule. Forced to go there because moved across city, and this is the worst vet I've ever had to go to. Routine procedures are twice the price of other vets, and some of the doctors (with the exception of Bowles) take a condescending attitude with customers. At least front staff were friendly.

My experience with the clinic was excellent. Likely my best experience with a vet ever, and the vets I've seen in the past have been extremely able and trustworthy. Explanations were clear, and options were offered.

I found the front end staff to be extremely rude and did not acknowledge me in any way as I entered. I literally had to walk right up to them myself and greet them. I had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait almost an hour. The waiting room was not full at all. I do appreciate the knowledge that the drs have to offer. The doctors are very good. I will not be returning here due to the fact that my cat and I felt intimidated and unwelcomed during our visit.

I have been a client for th past 15 years. I have seen all doctors and agree thay are all fantastic. The girls at the front are terrific, warm and they are so caring. I do have my favorites that I have grown with through out my time there- Dr. Moffat, Sharon, carrie,christa are far most genuie caring souls. I mean they know you name and talk to you about things most people discredit after yo leave- they are so sweat a real people who care about us and our pets

Been going to see DR Moffet for over 20 yrs and LOVE LOVE LOVE him. Dr. Ward is excellent as well. I would and have recommended this clinic for years. Dr.M has gone above and beyond for me over the years. Too many incidents to mention here.

I have had opportunity over the last 13 years to work with several of the vets in this clinic. But have a clear preference to working with one of two vets. Our family started seeing Dr. Moffat then switched to Dr. Skakum when she arrived at the clinic. Dr. Skakum (and Moffat) has always been very thorough; but NOT to a point where unnecessary tests/work are being done - which seems to be common practice at many clinics in this city. They seem to care about the pet and the family beyond what would be expected of a vet/clinic. I have referred several people to this clinic and all of them are equally happy with Dr. Skakum and this clinic. I will continue to refer friends and family to this clinic as I think that they are very fairly priced, they are the most caring group of people, the surgeries our pets have had have been gone well, and they don't do work that doesn't NEED to be done! FANTASTIC! Keep up the incredible work!

My family has been going to this Clinic and seeing Dr. Moffatt for over 30 years. I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Moffatt. I trust him completely. I now take my kitty to another clinic because I work there. However, I miss Transcona very VERY much. I very highly recomend this clinic!!

I have been taking all my dogs there for the last 6 years. Dr. Bowles seems to always be in tune with the animals and talks to them with tenderness. I did have one tech there that was rude but I am not going to let someones bad attitude affect the rest of the staff there. Besides I don't think she is there anymore and that is a positive thing. I also have dealt with other vets there if Dr. Bowles is not in and I was more than satisfied with their handling of my pets.

We were referred to Dr. K by our regular vet for eye issues. He did an amazing job with the surgery, and tolerated my paranoia and questions well :) Great job, I was ever unable to get in to see our regular vet, I would gladly drive across the city to these guys.

waited there for an hour and a half to get a simple shot for my puppy and when i took my other dog in she couldn't find my file and said to me so you dont get your animals there shots or what ? then she magicly found my file but did i get a simple or sorry .... no!! ive been going there for years but for the last 2 years they have been getting bad i don't know if they take to many apointments or what but i'm now looking for a new vet

My Black Lab developed an very bad ear infection and it took three months of treatment to clear it up. Dr. Bowles was the vet and he was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned with my dog's recovery. The first consultation and examination was billable but all follow up visits to check progress were free. I got ten free check-ups for his ear infection. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone who loves their pets.

We started coming here when my 9 mth old border collie needed shoulder surgery. He had separation anxiety and the staff were very understanding with him and us. We take all animals here now, even though we live on the other side of the city. The drive is more than worth it for us. They also don't charge you for stupid things. My dog had a couple of lumps, and Dr K quickly asparated one and took a quick look under the microscope to assure us it was just fat. He didn't charge for this, and it took him under 5 mins to do it. This place is the best animal hosp I have ever used, and I have had animals in my life for the past 25 years. Keep it up! The animals appreciate it, and so do us parents!!

Dr. Moffat has been looking after my dogs since before theymoved to Pandora. Several years ago my mini Schnauzer was producing crystals in his urine, which made it impossible for him to pee. It took three days to diagnose the problem, Dr. Moffat drained WillyS bladder twice a day with a catheter. He gave me his home phone number with instructions to call him if Willy had any trouble at night so i could call and meet Dr. Moffat at the clinic to drain Willy again. I would recommend Dr. Moffat to anyone with a pet.

My family has been using Transcona for over 15 years. I trust them to take care with my animals. I love that they have so many vets, and each has a more specific area they studied. They can consult with each other, so you are more assured of the the diagnosis. They have been really great for surguries, letting me be there (on the other side of the glass). And they really seem to like my animals. Only drawback is that they are so busy, and appointments seem to run behind sometimes. All in all, they are the vet I recommend to any new pet owner.

I've been going to Dr. Konarzewski (aka Dr. K) for 10 years. He's awesome. I have seen all the other vets at times too, and they are also great. The staff there are the best. Great staff!

Happy with the vets and techs, although a more recent experience. My vet requested assistance to immunize my cat as he was frightened. When one of the younger, dark haired techs came in she seemed to get annoyed with my fur kids state and responded abruptly and in a disciplinary tone with him she to give him the shot and it went through and through his skin. If she had been more patient and reaassuring with him like my vet was perhaps my kitten would not had had to endure a second shot. I always cringe when I see her come near my pets now,,

Dr Bowles is awesome. I have a house full of old dogs so its always something! Ive at one time or another though seen all the vets in the clinic and I am very very pleased with them all.
