Click to report rating    4/12/17   5     5     5     4   Carly and the staff handled my cat's illness and passing with utmost compassion and efficiency. I have always trusted this veterinary business with my animals. RID: 63329
Click to report rating    1/29/15   4     3     4     1   Here is my rant for the day! I had to put my best little buddie down yesterday this is the most devastating thing for anyone to endure, today I went to pay the bill and was charged $286.65which included 1 communal cremation, 1 euthanasia and an office visit which I was told is standard and they have to check that she is ok to withstand the euthanasia I was very upset by this but had to leave the office before I flipped out. My mother had to put her dog down in Chilliwack $130.00 all in My mother in law in Langley paid $89.00 all in What the hell is wrong with the vets in this town that they can bend you over and expect you to take it. Just so everyone in Penticton knows the cost to go across the line to Tanasket is Aprox 50.00 for the same service. The cost of every service is almost a quarter of the cost I for one will make that drive from now on if for nothing else then to make a point I am sick to death of the sun tax Penticton vets pucker up. Click to report rating    9/23/14   5     5     5     5   Honesty, integrity, compassion and excellent medicine are the four key aspects of a good veterinarian. Both Dr. Bull and Cruikshank, along with their associate doctor Dr. Petrisor and the entire team exemplify these characteristics to a T. These guys are one of the best and I couldn't recommend them more strongly. RID: 53685
8/1/13   5     5     5     5   Tyson Bull... best Vet we've ever had! Our dog is comfortable and not afraid like he use to be. He is given a good exam each time he goes in and Tyson answers all my questions! We are all happy going there! RID: 46003
1/16/13   4     5     5     4   Difficult to rate this clinic. I was a long time client of Dr. Anderson and was so sorry when he retired. He was the best! Dr. Tyson Bull was a good choice for the clinic and I respect him. I found him to be knowledgeable and very good with my dogs. I trust him absolutely. I stopped going to this clinic after my second visit with Dr. Cruikshank. Both visits left me very angry. I was treated very rudely, and worse, he told me that my **** was fine, and to take her home without treatment of any kind. Turns out she had pyometra and had to have an emergency spay at another clinic. This was a champion show dog. I miss going to Dr Bull, but I cannot take the chance with my dogs, or of being uncomfortable with having to see Dr. Cruikshank. RID: 39667
Click to report rating    3/26/12   5     5     5     5   Best vet ever!!!! Staff go above and beyond!!! Cant say enough good things about them. RID: 33175
Click to report rating    10/28/11   5     5     5     5   I think that being a vet must be a very difficult job in many ways. I think the care we get from all the staff for our two dogs is outstanding. I would reccomend them to anyone, and have. RID: 28655
Click to report rating    7/14/11   3     3     5     1   Unfortunately it seems to becoming more about the money than the animals. Any vet office in Penticton that is in this rotation of vets that alternate Saturday and Sunday "emergency" visits are out for the money. I know this includes Andersons, Lindsays and I believe one other. Put regular staff on Saturdays at least - outrageous to have to pay emergency fees on Saturday during regular hours. RID: 26225
Click to report rating    4/20/11   5     5     5     5   Before I went in to get my puppy Maxi spayed, I had called in to several other clinics to get an estimate on the costs. When I phoned in to Anderson Vet Clinic, the receptionist was incredibly kind and understanding of the costs. Although the cost seemed quite high, it included EVERYTHING. A previous clinic that I had visited before had quoted me a lower cost, which it turned out didn't include MOST of what needed to be done during the procedure (exam, spay, pain meds etc.) I was so incredibly happy with the veterinarian, Dr. Cruickshank, and I will never go anywhere else! I'm sure that Maxi agrees as you can tell that all the staff are animal lovers, she gets lots of snuggles! RID: 24526
Click to report rating    3/13/11   5     4     3     4   Reccomend Dr. Bull. Would not reccomend Dr. Cruickshank- he is ufriendly and doesn't really seem too interested in the animals. Also, does not listen to the owner. Clinic is good overall, although wait times are increasing. Have some great techs and reception staff! RID: 23537
Click to report rating    6/18/10   4     3     3     3   We have used this clinic for the past five years for our dogs and cats. Dr. Tyson Bull is an excellent vet but I was disappointed with Dr. Cruikshank's services. He doesn't seem to connect with the animals and has poor bedside manners. RID: 18439
Click to report rating    7/27/09   5     2     2     2   I am a long time client of this clinic,Dr John Cruickshank was the doctor I saw when my regular doctor (Dr Tyson Bull)was away. I find Dr Cruickshank to be rather cold, uncaring and generally unsure about his diagnosis. I recommend booking appointments with Dr Bull. The building is also rather old and the kennels are really small, so there is no room if you have a very large dog. Cats and dogs are not separated so my cat was terrified and I had to go into the back room and get my own cat after his abscess surgery. RID: 13628
