When I first moved to Lowell, my bunny got really sick (couldn't walk correctly, very stiff) and I brought him here. I was questioned whether I really wanted to see the vet considering it would be $50 "just to see the vet". I should have walked out right there. The vet gave my poor Simon a quick once over and prescribed him morphine. No x-rays, no watching him try and hop around. I took him home, tried to make him comfortable and my poor bunny died in my arms a few hours later. Maybe they're good with cats/dogs but the utter disregard in which they treated me and my pet is despicable.

Dr Agrafojo has been absotuely wonderful with my dog. She has seen her so many occasion ( my dogs is very accident prone and always seems to have some kind of allergy to meds). Dr Agrafojo has been incrediable. thank you sooooo much for taking such good care of my baby.

I have to be honest that I am not sure if they actually treat all the animals listed above, but they are an incredible vet. I have used them for years for dogs and cats, and I highly recommend them. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me to keep my older dog comfortable without compromising her ability to be a dog. All of the vets use their knowledge and compassion and don't leap to expensive, and possibly, unnecessary treatments. The techs and secretarial staff are wonderful and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience with this vet and am grateful to have such wonderful people taking care of the medical needs of my family.
