I recently brought my dog in for a kidney infection. I was advised that an ultrasound would cost $90. I was not told by Dr. Nevena Gotovac, the full price up front, but rather found out when I went to reception. ($574.72) After test results I went to pick up medications ($72.46) and mentioned that I was very surprised at the price and recommended they be more transparent in the future. Instead of being understanding toward my situation (retired and living on a pension), Dr. Nevena Gotovac chose to be defensive and ultimately said if I wasn't happy with their service I should go elsewhere. Her Father (Serge Gotovac) called me and basically said it would be better for me to go somewhere else too. I have no problem going to another vet. My issue is that they are not open to any client who voices their concerns regarding transparency and/or their prices. I hope Rough Valley Veterinary Hospital develops a more open approach with their clients.

Dr Serge and staff have been caring for my dogs for over 7 years. My dogs love going to the vet. The staff is super friendly, and you can see they are true animal lovers. Dr Serge always treats my babies as though they are his babies too. Cost is always fair and treatment is great. Highly recommend this clinic

Dr. Serge at RVV is a very special person. He is a genuinely honest person that cares for animals. He is straightforward and sensible; attributes that I appreciated as my two Golden Retrievers aged. Service is outstanding, costs are reasonable, and the staff are wonderful. They value your business and treat you and your pets like family and with respect. I highly recommend this clinic. PGW

This clinic is awesome. We took our boy there 3-4 years ago. They love the animals send are honest about the costs and lower than the previous clinic we were at. Even the food was cheaper. Cost is not what kept us there..it was the caring team headed by Serge. Jivanne and Jeff

Loved this vet! Took my dog and her puppies and I couldn't have asked for more friendly or helpful staff. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions and even though it is way out of my way to get there, I will always take any and all of my pets there for their care. Thanks Dr Serge and staff, myself and my animal family love you.

The hospital was clean, the staff friendly and veterinarian very helpful. He explained all of the options available for my cat and didn't pressure me into any testing I was unsure of. He suggested that I take some time and think, do some research on some of the tests he had mentioned to me. (I was not dealing with a critical illness/injury). The prices were very reasonable, and the service was great! (Not a combination you find everyday) I left feeling very satisfied and informed. I would highly recommend Dr.Serge and his wonderful hospital to anyone.
