This review solely lies on Dr. Kovacs unprofessional and unempathetic services that he provided for our dog when we needed it the most. We had to put our dog down and he made the whole procedure very traumatic memory and death for our family. I would have had more empathy and kindness from a robot. We will never utilize his services again!

Didn't return phone calls. Has a defensive attitude and continuously makes off the cuff remarks to intimidate. I requested bloodwork for my dog and was told, you don't want that he is old and invariably something will show up!. Do not treat diabetic pets well. Does see pets in emergency situations, alot of vets do not do that.

Love John Dodson, he has been family vet for 14 years and 11 animals. however clinic has become so busy customer service and standard of care has deteriorated. I am still waiting (3 days) for a call back from a vet. i've called twice. 2 common problems: first problem is getting through. line is always busy, then I am put on hold for 11 minutes, only to leave a message. the person on the phone was just short of rude, was unable to help and had an attitude about taking a message. I called back second time, left a message asking a vet to call me back and am still waiting. After 14 years, i am very sad to leave this clinic. John, we love you, but my animals need care, and I can't get what we need.

Staff ignores you at front desk when you walk in and stand there looking for someone to help answer questions

A vet here didn't properly treat our dog for an infection, as we found out days later when we drove an hour away to another vet. The second vet ruled our surgery because it was a cellulite infection and placed our dog on additional drugs. Our dog the recovered quickly. Good for check ups and vaccines but be careful during emergencies.

This vet is good for vaccines and check-ups. My advice you go elsewhere is you need surgery or advanced care.
