Click to report rating    12/15/16   3     3     3     1   Highly disappointed! My dog got blisters on all 4 of his paws, he seemed to be in pain so I wanted to take him in to see if there was anything more I could do for him. His appointment was at 10:30. During his 10 minute appointment, I was told nothing really could be done for him and it would have to heal over time. With that being said, I was appalled that they charged me 46.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING! I will not be bringing my dog back here. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. This was absolutely ricdiculous. My dog has been coming here since he was 8 weeks. And to think they charged me a "sick visit" and nothing was done for my dog is absurd. RID: 62205
Click to report rating    7/31/09   4     4     5     3   I just got puppies and when I was searching for a vet for their shots, this seemed like the best deal. Their first exam was free, but pretty much all they did was look at them, weigh them, and answer questions, which is okay, but I wouldn't pay $40 for that anyway. When I was quoted a price on the phone, they told me it would be about $53 for the puppy booster shots, which was perfectly fine, and was why I chose them. But when we got the shots, the bill came out to over $90 each, because they didn't tell me that the visit itself was another $40! They're very nice and answer all our questions, but the fact that that wasn't included in the price she gave me really bothers me, especially because when I looked surprised and obviously upset by the price (I didn't complain or anything), she wasn't really polite about it and just gave me this look like I was stupid for asking why it was so much. I know pets cost money, but I might be looking for something cheaper just because of that. RID: 13684
