Way too much $$$ and they seem to not care about the animals but the money. I am very disapointed and will never use for vet care or boarding.

I boarded my dog at Crossroads, leaving a special diet prescribed for his liver issues - The owner, Angela Morino, spoke to me and assured me that she would personally supervise his care . When I picked him up he was trembling and weak, his feet filthy from standing in a dirty run, and his eyes glazed in a way that would alert ANY veterinarian to the fact that he needed to be seen. The staff member brought him out to me along with the FULL bag of food that I had specified be fed to Harley. No-one behind the desk was the least bit motivated to help me find out why the food wasn't given to him, and when I asked to speak to Angela (the owner) , the rude and unkempt receptionist said "She don't bother with the boarders - you got to make a vet appt to see her". I had seen her walk past when I came in, but I just paid my bill and left to get Harley to his regular veterinarian a.s.a.p. IV fluids and medication perked my Harley up after a week -This place is dangerous.
