Absolutely HORRIFIC experience ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT EVER TAKE AN ANIMAL THERE EVER AGAIN, $3000 FOR BLOOD WORK AND X RAYS AND IV, LIED TO ME WHEN I ASKED IF MY CAT COULD HAVE BEEN POISONED, VET ON DUTY WOULD NOT SEE ME FOR 40 MIN - ya, and not to mention, I scheduled an appointment with MY vet a few days later, and sure as hell, the first thing on that report is “all signs of poison ingested” THIS VET JENNIFER SWORE UP AND DOWN that there was no way that was the cause. I understand to an extent if she was trying to make me feel better (as I was sobbing the entire time I was there, this lady is telling me my 4 month old kitten is going to die) but telling me the EXACT OPPOSITE of the correct information is negligent and frankly unprofessional. Never ever walking in that lawsuit waiting to happen ever again

I had to part with my beautiful golden retriever at 2:00 a.m. May 27th. The two vets on call were the most compassionate people I've ever met and I will never forget their kindness to me and my sweet Sheena. Diane Lyndon, Carrying Place

I had to bring my 4 lb. Biewer Terrier (4 yrs. old) to their emergency at 3 am. The very caring and knowledgeable technician greeted us. Dr. Singh and her handled Winnie (who was having seizures) with care and expertise. A very upsetting time. Thank you so much for your understanding as it was quite a long drive to the emergency with a convulsing dog. All turned out well and Winnie received theBEST of care. I have my happy little dog today due to the care given by these people....many many thanks. Dr. James in Picton took over her care at 8:00 am, another Dr. Who cares about his patients...my heroes.

I have been taking my dogs and cat to this clinic for over 15 years and every single experience has been excellent! The staff at the front and technicians are very professional, warm and caring, could not ask for better. Dr. Hewgill and Dr. Walsh are very skilled, caring and provide excellent medical care. As a breeder with numerous dogs, I have had many litters of puppies examined and vaccinated, witnessed a C-section where Dr. Hewgill's own family dog provided life saving blood to my dog after hours and have provided the most compassionate care while I sat in with two of my elderly girls in their last moments... this clinic goes beyond excellence in care and I give them the highest rating. They welcome me like family and it is difficult to find a clinic with such dedicated people to trust your fur family with, Rossmore Animal clinic and staff are the BEST!

I have been taking my dogs to Rossmore for years. They are very caring, knowledgeable and treat all the animals as if they were their own. I also find their fees are very reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. I am very thankful to have such a great vet clinic that I am totally comfortable with. I know they will always take the best care of my pets!

We used to go to another vet clinic in the area and were not at all pleased with how they treated us and our pets. The employees at Rossmore are amazing and we have NEVER had a problem. When our dog was really sick late at night, Marc met us at the clinic and made sure we and our dog were very comfortable. Didn't even charge us for that visit! We will never go elsewhere and can only speak highly of Rossmore

Helped us with our dog on the long weekend and was great. Dr Singh was very professional. They even called the next to check how our dog was doing. Recommended.

Best Vet shop this side of Vancouver. Incredibly friendly staff, knowledgeable and supportive docs, and they won't take all your money. What more could one ask for?

Rossmore is the best vets we've ever had! Everyone there is so nice and so understanding. They are all wonderful and both Jeff and Mark are just excellent vets. I trust them completely and you can tell they really care. We feel so lucky that we have them looking after our furry family members. Rossmore rocks! :-)

They have looked after my cats and dogs for several years. Always caring and compassionate. Never gouge you on meds that may be needed. Wouldn't consider another vet for my animals.

This is the best vet we have ever dealt with. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Mark love the animals same with the all the staff. Fees are very reasonable and always fair.

BEYOND EXCELLENT! Our 11 yr old American Cocker Spaniel Max has been a patient since 2001. Dr Jeff Walsh,Dr Mark Hewgill & staff have been a great part of our life.But as of today June 8/2012 they showed much more to their postions.As we lost our best friend Max.THANK YOU! is not enough to say for the years you took care of him. I me and my 4 legged family have been clients of Rossmore for over 10 years. From the gals in the office to the caring vets, I can only applaud the success they have achieved. I will never ever forget the sympathy card we received after the passing of a beloved family pet, signed by the doctor himself! Good people!

EXCELLENT!!! I brought my young dog here after several unsatisfactory visits with another local vet. Both the vets here are GREAT - they sit on the floor with my dog & feed him treats & try to get him to relax. He rarely has to go on the table - they come down with him on the floor. I have been going to them for almost 10 years & in all that time, they have provided prompt service, fair prices & a great attitude. And that goes for all their staff as well.

We have dealt with Mark & Jeff for about 15 years with all of our pets (cats and dogs) and they have always been amazing. Even under the most horrible, heartbreaking situations for us, they have been incredibly understanding and compassionate. Could not ask for a better pair of vets.

One rude tech, but otherwise they are the best vets and vet office in the world! Dr. Hewgill is very nice and understanding, they have made the impossible happen and our dog has lived >1 year past their initial prognosis. They always return phone calls and go the extra mile for your pet :) Keep up the good work!
