This place tries to add additional expenses to your bill by slipping them in with small routine procedures. Twice they gave us quotes and then when we picked up our pet the bill was much higher than what they quoted us.

I've had great experiences w/ the doctors here. They are very caring and thorough. They are the only thing that kept me from giving a staff rating of "1". The rest of staff is very disappointing. Things seem very disorganized when ever i'm there and most of them are young and unknowledgable. The place also looks like it could use a good cleaning.
