I have brought my cat to this office for many years. My cat regularly sees Dr Masloski. She is the best. She is very caring and takes a real interest in her clients. She takes the time to really explain things to you and makes sure you understand. She is the best.

I would describe this practice as one that is focued on revenue $ revenue... and not on providing superior animal care. They do over charge and use scary tactics.

I worked, as a volunteer, for Dr. Hopkinson many years ago and would never take my pet to him. I witnessed staff brutalizing scared animals into submission once they were taken into the back room and I witnessed operating facilities that were not sterile. There were several occasions when the doctor's breath smelled like alcohol. I would describe this practice as one that is focued on revenue and not on providing superior animal care.

my friends dog had a surgury there. They were rude to her and made the problem seem worse then it was to scare her first then they messed up and missed a problem during the surgery and didn't sew him up properly so when he out home his rectum began to pop out. Then even thought they messed up they still charged her an arm and a leg to fix the problem that they admitted to being at fault about. This vet is a swindiling vet and they i would never go there. Plus they send him home covered in fecal matter and old food and they didn't even cut his nails even though they have groomers there.
