I walked in with my two cats a little early to fill out paperwork. First thing I noticed is it felt like I was entering an indoor pool - hot, muggy and smelling of chlorine. I'll chalk that one up to their cleaning methods, but if anyone from FCAH reads this, you might think twice about the sauna-esque feel (other than that, I'd give 5).
No dogs attacked my poor terrified cats, which is a major plus, as you other cat-owners know. Once with the doc, I asked if they would draw blood like my other old vet required yearly for young cats. The doctor just said "no, we really don't feel that's necessary until the cats reach 8 years old." Fine by me! After looking at my bill, I was only charge for a physical exam and rabies vaccine for two cats (cheap compared to my old vet)! I wasn't charged for an ear cleaning and extra med to help with post-shot recovery! I will definitely go back here if I remain in the area. I felt respected and not pressured into anything unnecessary. Way to go, FCAH!
