It is very difficult to get Dr Bender to approve an internet prescriptions. If you get one approved, you may have other trouble like us: Dr Bender told us a hearworm test was not needed but then his nurse insisted that we needed one ($50) becuase we ordered the heartworm medication online, not from Dr Bender, and Dr Benders policy dictated a mandatory test. We also had trouble over a serious diagnosis: Dr Bender had previously told us our dog would die and he recommened a specialist that proposed a $10,000+ treatment plan, complete with financing. Fortunately, our dog recovered on his own after a few days.

Doctor seems to know what he's doing and the staff is very friendly. They know me and my pets. The doctor even returns my phone calls! The office is clean and it doesn't smell bad like some hospitals I've been in. And Dr. Bender makes house calls.
