I have always taken my cats to Capilano Vet. It has been really tough finding a clinic and a Vet, that I trust and like.I finally found a great Vet, Dr. J. Lougheed.

This was my first time at Westview Vet Clinic since the new owner, Dr.Jeff, took over, and my experience was absolutely amazing. His passion for animals is evident, and he, along with his staff have definitely improved the clinic. I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible Customer Service and highly unprofessional. The front staff is ignorant and rude.I went in to order special pet food and they informed me that it would be delivered next week. They never called and after I went in, they werent even bothered to check or find out if my order was in. Finally they say my order was never placed since they have no record of it. Would not recommend at all. If a simple task of ordering food is too much, I can only imagine how they handle pets health concerns.

Dr. Jeff who now looks after Westview Vet. Took care of Taffy Hadden who came in severely dehydrated, throwing up and diarrhea. We didn't think she would make it, through the night. A big thanks to Dr. Jeff and staff who gave our dog loving care and brought her back from the brink. Our 10 year old dog is now running around like a rambunctious 4 year old now. That recommended dog food is sure helping her and she loves it. I cant thank you enough Dr. Jeff.

It has been a very positive experience for myself and my cat Sam at Westview Veterinary Services. My cat had surgery and was maintained for quite some time. Barb, the receptionist, promptly responded to my phone call this morning and the need for intervention. We were seen as soon as we came in the door. The staff are professional with a caring and sensitive and supportive approach. Highly recommended. Glenda

Receptionist very cold & rude despite she calls everyone "hon" - I don't feel any compassion from the Dr's and staff, in fact I feel like a nuisance. I "think" they're competent, time will tell. I go there because it's close to my home. They don't want to spend any time discussing your pets problems..I never leave feeling warm and cosy from this place. However, my cat is my main concern.

Love this clinic and the doctors, but I had to stop coming here because I can really only see the vet on Saturdays. The older woman that works on Saturdays Joanne is a horrible, rude, patronizing you know what... to her co workers and clients. She is driving clients and the animals away. GET RID OF HER!!!!

My two dogs always have the best care at Westview. Dr. Sommerfeld aways has time for our dogs - she has stayed late a number of times when we needed to get her to see one of our dogs for some new malady that always seems to crop up when you least expect it.

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Dr Summerfeld and her team are the best! Their professionalism is so appreciated along with their kindness. Dr Summerfeld is without question the best Vet I have ever been to. I feel included in the care given and never feel as if the price for care has been 'over the norm'.
