Click to report rating    3/8/13   1     1     1     1   DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE They claim they treat your pet like family trust me it's just a saying. They almost killed my 2 1/2 year old cat..thankfully I took her to a new vet before it was to late. They also are very high priced and nickle and dime you for everything. Please if you love your pet stay away from that office. RID: 40939
Click to report rating    12/5/06   4     3     2     1   Staff very friendly. Facilities appear to be a converted home, only four seats in waiting room. Punctuality - I've always shown up for appts. early, and appts have always started at least 20 minutes late. Monetary value - each of the three visits I've been billed for services I didn't request. When I asked the vet to show me how to express my dog's anal glands, he billed me $35 for the 10 minute "lesson" but didn't even tell me he was going to bill me - it just showed up on the bill. Tonight a different vet informed me that she was going to "check" my dog's anal glands, then expressed them w/o asking, and I was billed - again w/o being told about it until I was at the register. Also, they tried billing me for medication I can get over the counter (Famotadine 20mg, for heart-burn). They charged $14 for 7 pills. I pay $17 for a package of 85 at Walgreen's. I'd already told the vet at the beginning of the appt. that money is tight right now. Guess she didn't hear me, or didn't care. RID: 1109
