Even though it doesn't look elegant and fancy, their service is always great and they are always friendly and welcoming to both me and my dog. I constantly call and visit for the smallest things, but they never show any type of irritation towards me, even though I'm sure that they do get very irritated with me. My vet is very friendly and he volunteers to speak with me about my future as a possible vet. I don't see why someone would be dissatisfied with this place.

Dr.Garrick was nothing but a complete disappointment. Our bulldog needed a surgery for his eye when we asked him for an estimate he told us a "pretty penny" and after about 5 requests over 3 weeks he finally gave us a dollar amount on the surgery. He cannot give you an answer on a question right away either. He has to think about it and it takes about a week for him get back to you only if u call him (they dont call u back). On our third and final visit he decides to tell us we should just put our dog to sleep since his (recommended) treatments for our dogs mange was not working. Another Vet successfully treated our dog. They also changed the price on the same medication on two seperate occasions. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR DOG!
