Doctor was kind thorough and knowledgeable at initial appointment . . however....they kept my companion animal waiting for 5 hours for a routine procedure. I never had a chance to speak with the doc afterward. Cat was sent home still under the fx of anestesia! Staff was basically kind, although primary front person spoke fast, seemed rushed, and often did not answer questions or give full info without further inquiry from me, seemed insensitive to both my and my cat's feelings, literally shouted at cat when speaking to her. Fortunately cat is doing fine, but my experience witht the vet office less favorable than other reviews would have had me expect.
