No complaints about the care here but be prepared to WAIT! They do not charge an office visit fee...you just pay for medications, procedures, vaccinations, etc. BUT they don't take appointments so you will WAIT, and WAIT and WAIT! Ugh! Brought dog in for a dental today. They said to drop him off between 8AM and 9AM. Got there at 8:15 and was there in line until 9AM. Ugh! They said to pick him up at 4:30PM, I didn't leave until 5:45. I'd rather pay a little more and not spend the day there!!
