Dr Randall has taken care of our pets for years. He is kind and patient. His staff are gentle with our dogs, even with the one who growls and tries to bite them. Usually we are able to get an appointment on the same day. Dr Randall has been able to prolong the life of our 15 year old dog, and increased his quality of life.

let animal suffer because bill had not been paid in full.i had money to pay for the medicines she needed but he wouldnt acceppt it.due a previous service that i had been making payments on.I just couldnt pay on bill that day .dr.randall let my animal suffer.and grooming department are rough and careless with your pet.barry randall screamed and ordered me out of there office which is dr.randall brother.i dont approve of cruelty to animals in a time of need or to pet owners.in the past i always paid my bill in full so this was totally unnessnary.i hope i can save you from a similar experience
