What is your mission statement? The webpage is out of date and uses reposts of stupid animal cartoons. You are the Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County. What is your connection to the county? How do you serve? What values does your company operate upon? If the webpage and the outdated and negative reviews were all I had to go on when choosing an emergency hospital for my beloved pet, tell me why I would choose your business. I wouldn't choose your business. The information stated above is outdated and has no relevance to original and up to date animal healthcare needs written by the professional staff. There is no personalization of support staff with pictures at work, volunteering for nonprofit rescues or fundraising for shelters. How and when does your company advocate for county funds to be directed to spay/neuter clinics and no kill shelters? Fire your marketing manager, hire a social media specialist & more people will know and trust your professional and support staff!
