The staff couldn't be more compassionate. They really know their stuff! :) The clinic is always clean and orderly. Dr. Semandel is the greatest vet I've ever been to. He has helped me through the loss of my cat and hamster. Also gave me great pointers in the training of my new puppy! Thank you Spirit team!!!

Been going here for years but feel that the compassion left the building when it expanded a few years ago. I waited 25 minutes to euthanize my darling dog of 19 years, then a further 20 minutes for the sedative to take effect. Zero compassion and understanding at all. DO NOT go to this clinic.

The staff is very friendly [and I'm there nearly every month with my senior dogs] and Dr. Troy is great. I too get annoyed because nearly every phone call is greeted with, "Please hold." The new telephone no. to renew prescriptions is a great idea. I'm not a cat person but a colleague believes Dr. Troy is the only one who can handle her cats.

The only thing I don't like about this clinic is that whenever I call, I am asked to hold right away. But I guess that's what happens when you're such a good clinic, that's got a lot of satisfied clientele.

Dr. Troy is fantastic & the prices are the best I've found! I've been taking my animals there for years & even though we moved out to the "country", it's worth the 40-50 minute drive for me. I do however agree w/ the last persons statement about some of the vet techs/front office staff... there are some really GREAT ones but one or two that could be a bit more "customer friendly". I give it a 5 star anyway for everything else. =)

Dr. Troy Semandel is incredible. A few of the vet techs are standouts, but for the most part the general service is not that great. Dr. Troy is such a compassionate, sensitive, knowledgable vet that with fairly competitive prices, you'll put up with mediocre techs. We've taken our pets here for over 5 years and readily recommend Dr. Troy to all pet owners we meet.
