Amazing Vet!! My dog had a tragic accident and I brought her in not breathing. They saved her life and took care of her like she was their own. They have the newest and most up to date technology. They are very educated in their field and absolutely love what they do. They are a little more expensive than some vets but "you get what you pay for." When it comes to my dog's life, the care and quality you get here you will not find anywhere else. I love them and will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you Sherwood South!!!

MONEY IS THE FOCUS!! In late October of this year I had an emergency situation with one of my female Shih Tzu. She was in labor and needed an emergency c-section. It was near midnight on Saturday night, so my only options were emergency vets. When I called Sherwood South, I was informed that I could bring her in, but the procedure cost $1800.00 and I would have to pay 1/2 up front and the rest when I picked her up. Not having all of the money handy, I asked if they would just turn her away and let her die. I was told that they didn't want her to die, but if I didn't have the money they could not provide services. In my opinion, this is a perfect example of a facility were $$$, not the best interest of the animals, is the driving force. The good news: I found a great facility that didn't even ASK about money up front. They just took her in, performed the section, and worried about the money afterward . . . And the total cost was approximately half of what Sherwood South quoted.

Excellent care at this veterinary hospital. Dr. Stephens specializes in dental care and is, in my opinion, the best in the state. The clinic is clean and professionally staffed.
