Very disapppointed in both vets' treatment of my dog's entropian (eye disease). They kept stalling for 3 useless weeks while he was starting to go blind, charging constantly. They suggested glaucoma at one point. I finally took him to a specialist who successfully--and just in time--operated on my dog. When I called Dr Schruer he said, "Oh, we had that conditon in our notes on him". Well, why didn't he share that info with me? Also refused to give me an additional ointment post-op for free-charged me $8 for it, on top of everything.
