The doctor is truly dedicated to the animals and tries to save clients money but we are there to save our pets too! My pet should have been given another diagnose then a simple allergy assumption. If so the condition would not be critical now

excellent surgery for less than third the price at other local vets! no visible scar on my short hair pet. Dr. Murray truly loves all animals

Not an unpleasant place, clean with friendly staff, and very handy to have 24/7 hours. That said, the kindly Dr. Murray seems to be a bit frazzled or sleep-deprived, and simple test that should have been done on my pet was not, with a serious issue in her condition quickly revealed at my regular vet. Doubtful that the outcome would have been any different, but some uncomfortable treatment and expense might have been avoided.....

My cat died pre-op for questionable reasons. I was overcharged and charged for extra items which I had to have removed from the bill. The vet techs were unprofessional and rude, and the medical records provided were sloppy, handwritten, and unprofessional. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
