I have not met the staff nor seen facility so forced above rating moot. I had the misfortune of speaking with Dr. Eubanks over the weekend as he was the DVM on call. After initially speaking with him on a Friday evening as he was on call for my normal vet I decided to take my dog elsewhere the next day. Ended up calling the emergency number that next night and Dr. Eubanks was still on call. I tried to speak with him that second evening about the attending vets findings that day and the problems we were having that evening. He basically said that I had "bypassed" him (he is not my normal vet and never has been he was simply on call); that I had created confusion by having done so; he questioned the diagnostic procedures of the vet that saw my pet that day; he stated that I had made a decision to take my dog to someone who "made the situation worse." He ascertained all this over the phone never even having seen my pet. He is arrogant, condescending,unprofessional and unethical.
