Dr Winters is just a few years out of vet school and cares very deeply for her furry patients. As she is not a clinic owner, she is not in control of prices, but she never seemed to care about money. Whenever I took my pets to her in Draper, she came in to see them immediately. She has not worked at Dr. Orr's clinic for quite a long time now, and I haven't brought my pets to see her in her new location as it is too far from where I live. If she moves to somewhere closer to me, I'm sure I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets to her again.

Same problem as Dr Orr - not very caring for animals, just money. Do not go there if you love your animals.

Staff: They were rude and uneducated, the techs couldn't answer any of my questions. After my bird's surgery (during which he died), Dr. Winters was very unsympathetic, and she didn't even come out of the back when I came to pick up his body. Then they sent a condolence letter addressed to my sister, who had only ever taken a tortoise to them.
Facilities: The place is nice, but I needed to drag down her rating.
Punctuality: I would often be waiting for 30 minutes or more for my scheduled appointments.
Monetary value: The surgery cost $400 to killed my bird.
She works at the same facility as Dr. Orr.
