called at 8am 6/4 10:30 appt told to be early. We showed up way before 10. We sat 2 1/2 hours. I asked multiple times when our dog would be seen. Other people were put in front of us to the fact was later said they didn’t realize it was as serious as it was until it was too late. Our dog was hardly moving, labored breathing laying on the bench in between my DD & I @ 1230 she died in the waiting room in front of my 2 girls. Not one time did anyone look at her the receptionist stood up @ noon looked our way and put someone else in an exam room - 5/6 animals were checked&triaged, we not checked 1 time! At 12:30 I screamed, ran through an exam room where I was met with 6 NEVER saw before - I was asked to do an x-ray .. why?????.. not one time did I say do everything whatever you can do, she died in the waiting room - stretched, urinated and limp.I brought her home in a box with over $1000 bill. It’s unacceptable , negligence , on just not moral - STAY AWAY

I've worked at vet clinics for years as a tech, and I have never experienced a place as awful as this! To begin with, they charged me over $700 just to diagnose my cat, and not to treat. They chose the most expensive procedures they could have, and I even asked about specific cheaper ones and they told me those were the only ones they could run. When my cat's condition worsened, I took him back in and the vet was very rude with me because they wanted to close an hour early so everyone could leave since it was raining...how is that my fault? After being there for 1 night to be treated (no surgeries or invasive procedures), I ended up with a bill for another $1000 and they wanted to do surgery for another $2000 that wasn't necessary!! And on top of that, when I got my cat back the next day, he was covered in his own urine and I didn't even get to speak with the doctor! This place may look pretty on the outside, but don't be fooled! DO NOT GO HERE!

I had to use this vet as an emergency vet on a Sunday for my dog. I spent almost $1000.00 dollars over a two and half day period and NEVER got to see the vet even once! The weekend staff were nice but the regular staff were unorganized and they didnt seem like they wanted to be there ,acted like it was a pain to get up and help you. The staff were grouchy to one another. One tech was complaining (while in the waiting room)that she had too much to do to help another. I had trouble each time I called to check on my dog. I had to stay on hold too long each time & no one seemed to know anything. They have a "open door" policy but when I asked to see my dog they rushed me back and rushed me out. I was also charged for 6 cans of dog food for 2 days. (She is a small dog). My reg.vet called to get records and they refused to send lab work, just the vet notes. I dont think they even DID the lab work. My dog ended up dying at my reg. vet the next day. I can not recommend this vet.

The education of my new dog was so informative. On return visits they were so comforting and took the time to listen to all I had to say before treating my dog. Their explanations were right on target when I did my research. They do make me feel like family and they do remember who you are when you go back! The have the best first desk people and techs as well as the doctors.
