These people care more about money than your fur children. My cat was diagnosed here with renal failure. He’s now refusing food, and after losing my job and spending all my money on a recent emergency visit, I asked for a refill of the SAME medications they previously prescribed for nausea/appetite.
It’s not been even a year since they saw him. I explained updated labs were sent to them and the stress of another unnecessary exam could seriously harm him. They showed zero compassion. First they claimed they’d “never prescribed it,” then admitted they had, but still refused because it’s been “almost a year.”
No empathy. No alternatives. Just a demand for a $100 office visit while my dying cat suffers.
Posted this to FB, & several shared similar experiences with this facility. Those working w animals should be required to have compassion and humanity. I spoke w another vet’s office who showed actual caring and recommended some actions to try.
