Click to report rating    4/18/12   3     4     1     1   Even though mange was rampant in the area, they couldn't diagnose it, and said the dog would just have to live with the itching. Also, when I called and said it had gotten worse, they prescribed an antibiotic over the phone without even seeing the dog. Discovered the dog not only had mange topically, but internally and almost died. The staff had us wait for one hour, said we didn't have an appt, but then later, realized we did. Huh???Very expensive as well... RID: 33612
Click to report rating    6/11/10   1     2     4     1   We took our dog their for an emergency and Reception told us they were taking care of "real" emergencies and we would have to wait. After 45 minutes we were finally seen by a Vet who was unable to diagnosis the problem, but gave our dog a shot of a steroid. The shot, which should NEVER be given to our breed, nearly killed our dog. We later heard of stories where the same Vet insisted on an massive surgery for our neighbor's dog. Upon a second opinion it was discovered that the dog did NOT need surgery, but had a virus and after six weeks of antibiotics the dog was perfectly healthy. This office is complacent in their care and the staff is condescending to the owners. I do NOT recommend EVER taking your pet here. RID: 18331
Click to report rating    12/7/06   5     5     5     5   The entire stafe is wonderful. They treat everyone so well even on one of their busiest days. This hospital is a diamond in the ruff... RID: 1154
