One of my dogs was seen for a possible UTI. While I was there I also asked the vet about flea control, as I already had them on heart preventatives but didn't know the best flea control. (We had just moved to the area). He told us to try Comfortis, and we bought one pill for each of the dogs to do a trial. A week and a half later, I went online to order more, they denied it, since they hadn't seen my other dogs. Which was a bit weird to me, since they just let me buy them a week and half before that. They made me pay over 100.00 to have my pets seen, just to buy the flea prevention. Which WOULD have been understandable, but they already let me purchase the meds before. The doc told me once I got there "He did me a favor" when he let me try the pills. I find that to be quite a lame excuse for making me come in. Then one of my dogs SCREAMED as he was lifted on the scale (He is a husky), they replied very meanly "OMG, Stop being such a baby!" I will never bring my dogs to this vet again.
