SO DISAPPOINTED AFTER 20 YEARS!!
After 20+ years as a THRILLED customer/client here, I am so disappointed and can no longer recommend this business. There's a really bad vibe w/ new ownership and they fired almost everyone who had been there for many many years.
Coming to this vet w/ several pets over the years has been like "home away from home" for several decades, with health care, health scares, surgeries, boarding, EVERYTHING. I've always recommended this place heartily to anyone--mainly b/c of the staff, both support medical staff and the front staff and several vets (though there's been quite a change-over of vets during the years). A few vets but mainly the staff kept me coming back. The recent new owners have changed the feel, the service and NOT FOR THE BEST. I'll share no gory details except check the fact that they went from many star ratings on all websites to LOW STAR RATINGS STARTING IN 2015. That says it all.
I will not be back--VERY, VERY SAD. I cannot recomme
