I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The staff is rude, poor customer service. Don’t contact you with updates. Proceeds to treat without approval racking up bills that are unaffordable. Completely lie. Manager is never available, unless you threaten to stop payment. After numerous calls, to get status on pet, left phone number to no avail. Front desk lady is miserable. Acts as if it’s a big chore to come open the door for you, and if you left something in the car, what a nasty attitude you get because she has to open the door again. Very sad, if you don’t have a love for people or pets, find another job. And then, after they are at fault and pretty much the only emergency place in the area, mind you, paying over two thousand dollars later, and losing expensive pet harness and leash, they tell you, we will not treat any of your pets in another emergency. Not that I would want them ever taking care of my animals again or anyone else’s! Completely ignorant for an emergency clinic.

We had found an injured cat at a shopping center late in the evening, our own vet was closed at that time so having seen this office driving we drove the cat there and because it was not ours they would not even look at the poor animal unless we first paid $98.00 office visit ! We explained it was NOT ours - did not matter ! Don't veternarians take an oath to save a life ? In our experience MOST of them are so money hungry and don't even care about the animals they "treat". It is a BUSINESS - But, that is ALL changing thank goodness !

The place is a disgrace, dirty, neglected, my dog was kept overnight, the vets following each other had conflicting views as of what's wrong with my dog. They did not let me look at where and how he was boarded. Money was the main concern. I would NEVER take my dog there. He is safer at home.
