One of their clients punched his dog in the face to shut the dog up. The dog looked absolutely terrified and got quiet so obviously, this dog owner does this all the time that the dog knew what being punched in the face meant and got quiet. None of the staff members said anything. I could not believe what I'd witnessed so I said, "why did you punch the dog!!!?" Before the dog owner could answer me, one of the staff members at Dr. Gilley's office jumped in (his name is Josweh or Jose) jumped in and said, 'it is his dog. He can do whatever he wants to it!" I said, "he can't do whatever he wants to the dog just because it is his. If that was the case, we would not have animal cruelty case investigations and officers!" He talked back and forth with me and kicked me out of there. When I called back to report the incident to Dr. Roger the next day, his wife answered me and sided with their staff member and told me to take my business elsewhere. These people are absolute scums.
