Dr. Kerr is one of a kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assess the entire animal, not just the presenting symptom. His approach is thoughtful and thorough, aiming to get to the root of the issue rather than just treating symptoms.
His flexibility, kindness, and generosity stand out. He worked within my budget to ensure my sick dog got the care she needed, never making me feel pressured, overwhelmed, or judged. Where possible, he even offered natural remedies, which I greatly appreciated.
Dr. Kerr also takes the time to explain everything clearly. He doesn’t just tell you what’s happening—he shows you, even drawing diagrams to explain disease processes and anatomy in a way that is easy to understand.
