I've been to other vets in the area and by far Dr. Brightman is the best. He takes the time to talk to you about whats going on, doesn't rush to get to the next patient. He gives you time to ask questions. I told another vet that my dog had back problems and they didn't listen to me. They were twisting him around, disreguarding the fact that I told them about his back. He was worse when we left that vet. With Dr. Brightman, when this same dog couldn't walk, he actually got on the floor with him instead of lifting him onto the table. Thats the moment I knew he cared more than the other vets i've been to. The entire staff are just as nice. You can tell they care about what they do. And the new facility is fabulous. I will never go anywhere else.
