After taking my pets here for 10+ years, it's time to switch. As the staff changes, so does the quality of care and sadly this is not a good thing. Vets could not make time for a same day (during office hours) emergency visit. When I did get in the next day, there was minimal care or concern given to my pet. Time to change.

I have taken all 4 of my dogs and 3 cats to countryside for 3 years. I love this vet.

we've been bringing our pets to Dr. Hardy for over 15 years and she and her staff are great- Countryside is the best clinic in the area by far, and the most reasonably priced!

The entire staff is friendly, professional and compassionate. They schedule immediate appointments for emergencies and are punctual. Their fees are about average and not out of line. I have been taking my pets there for the past 15 years and they have always provided excellent care and service. The new location is modern and clean. They provide a full range of services including grooming and boarding.
