I have an older dog, and, recently, after over 3 years, I am deciding to leave this practice as things there seem there to be changing and not for the better. With the vet or techs, the message is too much "the glass is half empty." Two specialists in the last month indicate that "the glass is half full" and that my dog is fine for my dog's age. I have been given costly product which has usually been too strong for my dog or had bad side effects. I get prompt attention as I am considered a good client, but, I believe it is because they know I will do whatever to afford my dog's care. It was when I saw a surgical specialist and was given so much information that I felt should have been given by my vet, that I decided my confidence in my dog's vet care was greatly diminished. On the plus side, in an emergency I have received prompt attention. The female receptionists are very nice.
