I live in Toronto but spend a good deal of time here in Venice. During our recent trip, my "Mini" Yorkshire terrier needed treatment so we were referred to Dr. T and the Island Animal Hospital. Not only did they fix her issue but he was quick to prescribe a daily antacid to correct her chronic bile production - it WORKED like a charm! I couldn't stay away and subsequently booked teeth cleaning and Mini's annual vaccines. I told the staff at this clinic that I would move to Venice PERMANENTLY just to use the services of this clinic. From the receptionist to the technician and Dr. Teuscher the entire experience was remarkable! The staff is VERY friendly and genuinely CARING (remember it is a job and they see lots of pets). Dr. T has a great personality and 'bed-side' manner and spends all kinds of time with you and your pet. He is extremely thorough and took it upon himself to network within his industry to get to the bottom of an odd blood test reading. You will LOVE this place!
